Vector Politics

It feels like forever sense I worked on the PC to create some work. The frustration came back real fast, but thankfully I used a program called Inkscape that was very is easy to jump into. It is freeware that likens to Adobe Illustrator. If your broke and don't want to pirate copies of adobe check it out at http://www.inkscape.org/.

The point of these icons were to offer something valuable in the realm of politics. I was one of the people who refused to vote this recently past election because I plan just didn't care for ether candidate. This is my attempt to bring some attention to the other options. The animals are representative of the parties. At least as far as my opinion is concerned.

The pig for the Libertarians. An animal that is anything but picky and is happy to just do it's own thing.

The pronghorn for the Green party. This is an animal that works together and is seemly very equal in the wild.

The bald eagle for the  Constitution Party. A very American animal that is pictured as strong and fierce.

Still confused six months later.

An experiment with Gouache on gessoed hard panel. I used a video camera and had fun with different poses  for this piece. This was probably the loosest painting Ive done in a long time.
